Our Core Services
Whether you’re looking for individual therapy or relationship counseling services, I look forward to collaborating with you toward your wellbeing.

Individual Counseling
Individual counseling typically includes weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly one-on-one 50-55-minute sessions focused on your unique goals and collaborative treatment planning.

Couples & Relationship Counseling
Couples or relationship counseling can include any two or more individuals involved in a romantic, intimate relationship with each other. Weekly or bi-weekly frequency is recommended. 50-55-minute or 85-90-minute sessions are available.
What to Expect and Accessibility
The first session will review practice policies, informed consent and client rights, and your intake paperwork and information. If appropriate, the following 1-2 sessions may include a comprehensive assessment and discussion about your history and reasons for seeking counseling. We will work together to collaborate on the best approach for easing into the therapeutic process, building our rapport, and addressing your support needs.
I work with each client to address any accessibility or accommodation needs to make the telehealth counseling experience most effective and comfortable for you. We take things at your pace, and can adjust our approach as needed for ongoing or specific situational needs.
